Hey ladies,
Im wondering which Ovulations Predictions Tests/Kits You are useing?
Im Looking to change brands, im currently using just internet cheap ones and im not seeming to get a fully positive ever on them so im kind of just guessing my ovulation over a few days anyway so im not seeing the point in buying them even though they are so cheap.

Which brands of tests/kits are you using?, Leave your review on them :)

Im thinking of either getting digital OPKs/CBFM i know the CBFM is ment to be really good but there very expensive.

Thankies

I just started OPK's this month but I bought the Wondofo ones from Amazon, and then verified their results with the Answer midstream OPK's. The Answer were more accurate in detecting the surge than the IC's. I couldn't get the IC's to get that dark either but the Answer OPK's showed me a marked rise and fall and one or two VERY positive.

Thats interesting hun, im going to have a look at amazon now :)

Thank you for replying x

i use clearblue digital opk's. they are expensive but they are pretty simple. smiley face or no. i can't stand trying to decide what line is darker than which!

first cycle i used clearblue digital opks and the IC's and I did not get pregnant although i got the smiley and bd-ed everyday according to the SMEP.
second cycle I used a clearblue monitor (present from dh) and I got pregnant immediately after using it for 10 days and we only BD-ed once that week cause dh was away to copenhagen.

Hmm i dont know if i should try first with the CB OPKs or just go straight in and get a CBFM x

i used the cb smilie face ones as i was crap at reading the poas ones!!...i used the poas ones on the run up to ovulation then on the 2 days before ov i used the digi one, caught the egg on my third cycle using those (and i swear pre-seed was the main factor) x

Hi - I got fedup with looking at lines and making the descision if i was ovulting or not, so I now only use the Clearblue digital ones - bought 20 from ebay for £29 a few months ago

I'm not lulu but I got my preseed from ebay. Used it this month with internet cheapie OPKs and instead cups so keeping everything crossed!! :)

Ill have a look on ebay then, im trying to get everything for as little as possible :) x

He's in Hong Kong but I always receive what I order in the week and he's the cheapest I've found. x

im using the smiley face ones bought 20 from boots when they had them on special (£27) and have so far have had two month out of them with probably enough for next month (if needed) hoping not though.

I literally just today bought a pack of 20 First response ones as they were the only ones I could afford.
Does anyone else use these?!

This is our first month ttc and I have bought Clearblue Digital OPK, the info with the kit says you can test first thing in the morning so that is what I've been doing. But I have seen people on here saying you should test later in the day - anyone know what is best?!!

lara - some people get short surges so most of us always suggest testing once in the morning and once at night. i test at 9:00am and 7:00pm usually.

agree i also test morning and afternoon. some books say you start to produce LH in the morning, it then takes a while to build up and that the afternoon is a good time.
