Ovulation

I have been advised to track my ovulation for the next year, before we start trying. I'm not even sure how this works - can anyone give me some advice??? Where is the best place to buy ovulation tests? Do I use more than 1 a month? Should I be tracking my periods too?? HELP!!!!!

there lots of ways to track ovulation, most women do it by Basal Body Tempurature and by checking their CM everyday. . .I googled ovulation checking a while back and there are lots of sites that break down everything. I use fertilityfriend.com they also have lessons that you can take that explains everything! Good luck and to you!
