OWCH my back

Been cleaning and hoovering all day so I guess its my own fault,
I tried to get out of bed but i couldn't because i had such a sharp stabbing pain in my lower back, it's never hurt that much in my life. What have I done to it if it's this bad now I'm going to be crippled later on..

Sounds like your body is clearly telling you that you've over done it, or lifted the Hoover awkwardly? Go careful and relax x
