I had Fin parent-facing the whole time in the My3 we had from birth, but we recently bought a Bee+ for me to keep in my car, and he always goes forward facing in that. I was very into all the research that's been done on parent/forward facing and the impact on language, but he's much more settled front-facing, and frequently turns around to "tell" me things. Because the Bee is so minimal, he can see me quite easily when he turns around. He's only ever in there for quite short periods, and I jabber on that much to him the rest of the time, he's probably glad of the break when he goes in his pushchair!x x
