Pain in appendix?!

I used to suffer from a grumbling appendix on and off for about 5 years but not had any bother from it at all for about 4 years....... Until now

Keep getting a horrible griping type pain right there, that's more annoying than extremely painful.
Wondering if anyone else is having this and it's a normal pregnancy niggle or if I should indeed be a bit worried?

Could be linked to side u ovd on and that produces the hormones early on and can cause niggling pain xx had it with each of mine x it's not pleasant but will settle, if ur orried get checked x

I was seen for what they first thought could have been appendicitis or gallstones. It was neither. Apparently if you have trapped wind in the bend of the intestine, it can be so painful, it'll double you over. I carry gas pills with me (safe for pregnancy) and take one if I feel it building. So weird!!!!
