pain in back / chest?!

ive been getting this pain for a few days now, it starts in my chest (in between my boobs) but then as i breathe in deeper it passes to my back, but high up like in between my shoulder blades.. very weird and really uncomfortable.. has anyone else had this? you think its just coz everything it being pushed and squashed up higher into my chest? it only happens when i breathe in.

Have you tried sitting up when it happens? I have a similar feeling, and I thought it was my heart clamping up. It turns out it's my diaphragm pushing up, especially after food. I was told to sit up or walk around to ease the pressure. If that doesn't help, talk to your midwife.
