Pain in chest and feeling faint

I've had two episodes like this, both on the day after my night shifts. The first time was just from getting out if bed, my chest went tight and I got a pain like when you have a bad cough, could hear my heart beat in my head and felt faint. Second time was today when climbing stairs.

Just tiredness or a sign of low iron?

I'd say a sign of low iron. I'm anaemic and often feel like this. Get your bloods checked. X

Sounds like a Palpitation or possibly low blood pressure
