Pain in hands and bottom of feet, anyone else?

Jeez, this weekend my feet got swollen for the first time... and with that came pain in hands and bottom of feet. Feels like I'm walking on nails. And my hands are so stiff and painful.

Does anyone know how to ease the pain?

I sympathize I experience it from time to time with you being this further along the extra blood in your system plus the weight make for swelling and poor tissue perfusion which is what you're feeling. Make sure you mention it to your Ob too. They can look at yor blood pressure trend and see if it's significant.

Massage works for me. DH ist trusty masseuse! Lol
