Hiya, yesterday afternoon I started getting this pain in my lower back like an akey sort of pain and today it's in my back still but I also have it in my front a little bit now. Any ideas? I thought maybe it's my kidneys but I really don't know, I haven't had this with any of my previous pregnancies x
