Pain in lower right abdomen after miscarriage?

I had a natural miscarriage on Saturday, so it has been almost a week. The bleeding has slowed and I think is almost finished. Over the past 2 days I have been experiencing pain in my right side lower abdomen (near the hip bone). It's mostly a dull pain but with sharp stabs occasionally. I'm also having some sharp pains down in my pelvic floor, that also feel right-sided. I don't think I need to worry about ectopic, because I passed the sac and everything on Saturday. I read online that it could be an ovarian cyst? I had these right side pains early on in the pregnancy, too (4-5 weeks). What do you think?

I know I have a corpus luteum cyst on my left side- saw it on U/S before my miscarriage. I've felt some pinching and pain on that side, too. It's been about 4 days since I expelled the sac.
