pain in stomach during the night

not sure how to explain it really, but its when i roll from one side to another i get a sort of pain, its not really really bad but just uncomfortable. bit unsure what it is, has anybody else had this? its higher up than baby so not sure if its just the extra pressure where baby is growing x

thanks hun, im unsure, il mention it when i see midwife next. it could be wind but i dont know, its only when im tossing and turning during the night and go from one side to another. its a bit strange xx

I feel like I have some pain higher up but on the right it feels like my intestines could just be everything moving out of the way?

Hon I have exactly the same thing!!! I've had it since the beginning and it bothered me as I was soooooo worried I was hurting little man... The doctor said that at night the pressure of our baby's and uterus is squashing all our organs and it's normal but it won't harm them. They are safe in their sacs it's just our organs that get a bit of a beating! LOL

Has your ObGyn checked or SPD maybe? Xxx

I get quite a bit of pain during the night. My tummy seems to be quite tender. Most of the time its lower down but sometimes its a bit higher. I have spoken to my MW and she seemed unconcerned and I was just told its ligament pain. I think I'm going to invest in a dream genii pillow to make things a bit more comfortable!

I thought round ligament pain aswell? I get it quite high up sometimes when i stand up from sitting down or move to my side, it doesn't sound like anything to worry about though

nighttime is the worst hun
i get allsorts of funny aches usually its ligaments if i lay on my side i get hip pains if i lay on my back i get aches at the bottom of my tummy i bought a preg pillow from argos but find it really uncomfortable too xx

I also have a pain similar to this and i was told it's round ligament pain and apparently around this time of pregnancy meaning from 17-20 weeks your baby has some kind of growth spurt and organs are getting pushed aside to make room for the baby so this can also be the pain...so i would say don't worry too much about it, As it does mean the baby is growing

I have the same exact thing. It's only in the middle of the night when I roll over. I thought round ligament pain as well, but it seems weird to only feel it when I am tossing and turning in the middle of the night.

I get this when i turn over in bed, and was unsure what it was.Sounds like it could be ligament pain tho by reading what everyone has said.Mine isnt high up, mine is quite low down, as in hipbone hight-or top of knicker line.

Its just the muscles having to work to support your uterus when your turning over.
