Pain meds free labor-Books

Is there any books that you ladies could recommend on main management for birth? I would like to NOT have pain meds this time around, as last time they didn't work anyway however it wasnt the best way to go in (unprepared)

The Natal Hypnotherapy book may be of help - I don't know if you can get it in the US though.....they give you relaxation and visulisation tips that you may be able to use.

Thanks for your response. I will be goint to the library tonight and wanted to get some ideas of what books would be good to help with pain management for labor purposes.
