Pain on top of uterus

Please help, if you can, mamas...

I was lying down feeling my uterus - I am 15w4d - and I noticed that the top right side is painful when I press on it.
I know, I know, don't press on it. But I never had this with my lo and I'm kind of worried. It sort of feels like a bruise, but kind of big. Can you bruise your uterus? Like maybe if lo kneed it or something? I don't remember, but it is only this one area that's hurting me.

I called my MW and she is going to look at my scan and get back to me.

Sorry hun. I really don't know or have any insite. Is your pic of you now at 15 weeks? If so I'd say the lo could just have bruised you or you have bruising from everything growing inside. I hope you find out that everything is ok. Good luck.
