Pain/pressure near pubic bone

Hi ladies. I a 18+6 and have been experiencing an achy pressure feeling near my pubic bone, just under my bump over the last 24 hours. It is not a sharp round ligament pain - I am familiar with that. It is an uncomfortable, stretching, pressure feeling that is pretty much constant when I am walking around. It goes away when I lay down, but will come back if I am moving/walking around a lot. Does anyone know what this is? I have no other symptoms. Do I just need to take it easy for a while?

Thanks I appreciate your response. I saw SPD mentioned on another site, so I will look into that.
