pain urinating after c section.

Hi ladies. Am 10 days post op and have been having pain when I pee since my op. I think it's irritation from having the catheter but have left a sample into my Dr just in case.

Has anyone experienced this and if so how long did it last for?

i didnt experience it after my section hun but its very likely it could be a mix of both. I had cathaters placed during labour/birth with ds1 and had a lot of damage caused by it. I hope yours eases up soon xx

I am 1 month post op and still have pain.

i deff have the pain this time round so probably a very normal thing x

I had the pain both times. I seem to remember it lasting somewhere near two weeks.

I had a sort of scratchy pain for a few weeks afterwards which doc advised was from catheter xx
