And the first lap was done by my ob/gyn she just looked around and estimated stage 2 to 3 endo and observed my left tube which was twisted with my ovary, and bowel stuck to my uterus. She didn't laser or anything sent me to a specialist which I was annoyed with at first couldn't figure out why she didn't do it, however now I am so grateful as my specialist is really amazing, one of the best in the area. Second time around my RE says its actually stage 3-4 endo which he cleaned up,untwisted left tube and shot die through both tubes that were open.. thank God. no fluid he says but did found endometritis (not sure of spelling) but its inflammation of uterine tissue he says goes away after antibiotics. I am still some how not as optimistic as I though very excited about the news and future as I see so any success stories after laps but somehow I cant see me being one. I am hoping and praying and it helps that DH is amazingly supportive. How did your lap go? if you don't mind me asking.
