Painful braxton hicks?

Very early this morning I was having some contractions (maybe braxton hicks?) that were nearly painful. Very tight, crampy, and radiated to my hips. Braxton hicks or real contractions that happened to stop?

Have you had BH before that you've felt??

If so, than I would say yes. Those sound like contractions.

If not I would be more inclined to say no bc your body has to start practicing at some point and starting close to the end point to May just feel it more.

However aside from that theory- they sound real. Especially if they radiate to the back.

Oh yes I've definitely been feeling Braxton hicks. These were different/stronger than those. Not doubled over in pain though.

I've had more Braxton hicks but none as intense as yesterday morning. I have an appt tomorrow and really curious how much, if any, progress has been made.

I've had what I thought were painful braxton hicks but they never went to my hips they've always just been on my bump
