Painful fleshy bump down below

Bit of back story:

Since january i have had on and off thrush (burning when peeing) which lasted about 2 months. At that same time i also had very painful split piles.

When all that was happening that was the first time i noticed this painful flesh coloured bump down below. It would clear away by itself in a week. I thought it may have been connected to whatever else was happening to me down there!

The last couple of times i have had it is after sex. It comes up less than 24 hours later and there is only ever one there. Latest example, day after sex i had one small bump thing just before the pubic hair starts on the inside bit. That cleared after about 4 days and straight away another came on the opposite side slightly bigger. I squeezed a bit and clear pus came out but was too painful to carry on squeezing.

Everytime i have had it, it has always been in the exact same place but only coming up on one side first when that clears then shows up on the other side.

Googling things is just making me paranoid as everything is coming up as an sti!! We were both virgins when we got married never had any other sexual partners. If it is an sti does that mean he has cheated on me or something? I believe him 1000% percent that he has not had any sexual partners before me or after me as he is very religious. He would never do that anyway.

What else could it be though?

Im not sure to be honest ive never had one before but i always assumed there would be a tiny black dot in the middle of the fleshy bump? Or am i wrong?

I have an appointment today with my doctor so will see what she says. Fingers crossed it isnt anything serious!

It could be a cyst or a blocked gland

My GP said it looks like genital herpes?? Im so confused.. does that mean my husband has done something before we were married (which he says he hasnt) or something after we were married?? I dont understand...

Also i thought herpes is where you have loads of those bump things down below not just one? She took a sample of it though..

I just looked on google images and they all seem to be a cluster of blister type things rather than a single fleshy lump. Hopefully the swab will find out what it is.

Just want to update my test for herpes came back normal meaning i dont have it. So confused though as yesterday another blister thing appeared down below and its quite painful. Again only one there.
Does anyone have any clue ehat it could be? Will be making a gp appointment monday morning but just wondering if anyone else has any idea?

If it has pus, it sounds like a cyst to me? I hope you can find out.

I have a cyst that comes and goes and sounds exactly like what your explaining! It's a pea size fleshy lump down there. Doctors say it's nothing to worry about endless it stays for a long period of time and grows bigger. So hopefully it's nothing to worry about x

Thanks for the replies! Since i started the tablets she gave me i have had them a further 2 or 3 times. Still absolutely no idea what it is. If it happens again i'll be returning to the docs to get it sorted once and for all

Try going to a GU clinic. I had lumps like this which I foolishly ignored for months as I was scared from googling so stuck my head in the sand. Finally went and it is a bartholin (sp?) cyst. Basically nothing to worry about. Def speak to an expert as if your gp thought that was herpes he doesn't seem an expert in gu health. I've had herpes and there's no mistaking it (you can catch it from cold sores so doesn't necessarily mean partner has cheated).
