Pains in bump

Having pains in my bump that feel like I've pulled a muscle, they started last night. Any experience?

I got these with with pregnancy. Doc said it is baby settleing down and shoulder pushing on muscles from inside and nothing to worry about. I feel better knowing, but it still hurts like hell
