I've weaned my LO completely around 2 months ago. I don't want to get into how/why. but while dropping feeds and so on I hardly ever had engorgement or leaking which is why I am confused.
within the past week or so I'd get this sudden random pain in my left breast. this was the side I normally preferred to feed my LO from. today the pain is more frequent. I'm not sure what to relate it to other than "milk production" pains as BF'ing is the only time I ever felt like this, though I don't feel engorged exactly and can't hand express anything (used to hand express just fine till 2 months pp).
has anyone gone through anything similar? I'm planning to get in touch with an ob but it'll take me a while to get an appointment...and kinda worried about what it could be.
