Pains/twinges in ovaries sign of early pregnancy?

Hey ladies,
So hubby and I are not trying to conceive per say, but we haven't exactly been careful either lol. So I believe CD1 was March 30, that would make me on CD23. I didn't track my ovation because I always have ovulation pain in my left ovary. I am pretty sure I ovulated on CD17 or 18. I have been extremely tired the last few days, and have been having light two he's in my left ovaries yesterday and today. This would be baby #4 for us! Not sure I remember all of my early pregnancy signs from the previous pregnancies lol. Anyone wanna help me out? I would appreciate anything you send my way ☺️

I had twinges on one side when I was pregnant it was were my son was implanted that guy who did the scan told me it happened from a few days before af on and off and went on for a few weeks from what I remember so sounds promising fingers crossed for you
