any preference? If so why? I am trying to decide which will be better for my little princess.

I find huggies great on boys and so do many friends. Friends with girls seem to be able to use a wife variety and not have any leaks etc. Maybe try getting some of each and seeign which ones suit her best. Soem fit differently on each baby depending on their hips/length etc.

I swore by HUggies for all 3 girls. I just found them to fit girls better.

It all depends on the baby. Get a few of each and see which ones fit yours the best. Huggies were the only ones that didn't leak with my son, but with my daughter they were a giant mess. I ended up with pampers on her even though I don't like the way they are made as much.

Pampers all the way..i gt a mixture of both but i now swear by pampers and so do most of my friends 2...mainly due 2...

1. found huggies leaked sooo bad...pampers nope!
2. huggies are dead hard and rough i felt for their skin, pampers r lovely and soft
3. huggies r weirdly made i think around the hips and always felt they dug in 2 much etc

guess mayb just get a mixture like i did and see what u prefer thats my best opinion hun xxx

I MUCH prefer pampers, and I've had 3 kids. When they are older I DO buy the huggies overnight diapers for nighttime since they are more absorbant once they are toddlers and sleep all night but not yet ready for potty training (no leaks!) but for infants, I MUCH prefer pampers. Huggies tabs seem to just rip right off the diapers so easy, you just get it under baby go to pull the tab to fasten it and the whole thing tears off! Such a waste of a diaper! I love the way pampers smell (when new and unused haha) also. I've also always been happy with Luvs.

I preferred Huggies with my 2nd daughter and Luv's worked best for my 1st daughter. I would have LOVED to use Pampers with my 2nd kiddo, cause they actually fit her the best, but for some reason they made her little tush break out. :)

with my daughter i found huggies kept her more drier compared to pampers, and also i found there was a weird smell from the pampers nappies in the morning. So after she grew out of the new born huggies i switched to super dry huggies which guarantee 12 hours of dryness and i agree they did! xx

Holy crap 12 whole hours?? They didn't have those when my other 2 were babies... that would cut out that 3am diaper change I always ended up with. You have no idea how happy that makes me. I hope this one can wear huggies.

I love huggies!!! I think they keep baby much drier than pampers. Pampers get really mushy feeling even if they are only a little bit wet. Huggies makes fantastic newborn diapers with a little groove for the new little belly button which I loved!!

The mushy thing is what I hated too! Luvs did it worse though and with the plastic feeling cover on them it felt SO gross when they would get wet. The huggies feel almost like cloth instead of plastic.

well i have some of the huggies, and some of the pampers, so I will just see which work better for my princess. Thanks for all the replys.
