Right.... I have lost count of the amount of 'I'm going to lose weight' journals I have started but I'm determined to stick to this one... I've stopped trying (and failing) to go it alone so I have joined Weight Watchers.
I was really nervous to go to a meeting as I tryed to go to one last week but turned up and there was noone there
It's just round the corner from my house and everyone was really friendly.
I weighted in at a massive 12st 12lbs, almost a stone over how heavy my bathroom scales were saying so a bit of a shock!! I spoke to the leader and decided on 23 points per day and a target weight loss of 1 1/2 - 2 lbs per week.
My first day today and I have found it easier than i thought, just making a not of things i eat and swaping for healthier choices....
I'll update with pics after my first weight in!!
