How can you tell if a bracelet and the charms are genuine? Thanks x

Its hard sometimes. My sister got me a fake for Christmas and I knew straightaway! She thought they were a genuine retailer but I told her unless Pandora say they are then I wouldnt trust them

When I went to Pandora the woman said the murano glass have pandora written on the sides and most fakes dont, all pandora charms screw on the bracelet and they screw on with ease, they fit just right.

If your unsure you can always take it to your nearest Swag, Pandora or any retailer they will be able to tell you.

Ive got one which i no is genuine cos i bought it from pandora shop. But my friend got one off somebody she knew for fairly cheap, but i didnt think it was genuine although she was convinved it were. x

theres some pretty good copies out there i have a 100% genuine bracelet and my friend bought one off ebay claimed to be genuine if we looked really close the ALE mark was blurred so she took it to the jeweller in town who confirmed it was a very good fake and it was the ale mark that gave it away

im not too sure hun! id stay clear of ebay tho! i buy all mine from genuine retailers to be sure.

When Pandora first started making the Charms the O on the clasp didn't have a crown over it, but now they do. Most of the fake ones dont have the crown and the inside of the clasp is a different lighter colour than the real ones. Also the Pandora writing on the clasp is alot bigger x

The ALE is the biggest giveaway, the real ones are also pretty heavy. I got a fake one for xnas off the MIL and took it into the shop and they confirmed it was a fake and not a very good one at that. So of course i 'had' to buy myself a real one while i was there
