Paracetamol and Calpol?

Just wondered if any of you knew...my LO is poorly after his second lot of jabs and I have given him some calpol. I am also feeling ill with a really sore throat and want to take some paracetamol. Will the paracetamol I take affect my milk? Can I take paracetamol while LO is having calpol?

Paracetamol is safe in breastmilk.Dont worry,you can have some even though your LO has taken some already himself. Hope you feel better soon!
