Paracetamol?

Does anyone know if you can have paracetamol? I've got a terrible headache but don't know if it's ok to have one.

Yes paracetamol is totally safe. I had a headache yesterday too and put off taking one all day and when I did I felt so much better! Hopefully you will too!

It's ok aslong as you don't take more than the recommended dose stated.

Yes, paracetomol is safe thank goodness. I've had soooo many headaches the last week I couldn't have managed without it.
