Hello, I am 27 years old and just married in September 2013. We have decided to start trying for a baby together. I currently have a 11 year old from a previous marraige. I have been on birth control since then. First the patch, then an IUD, then the Implanon, and back to the patch. I am currently off but just had what seemed like to me a regular period on the 27th of April. I stayed on the patch for the three weeks and then when I removed it I started my cycle and never reapplied it again. I of course didn't plan for my 11 year old and that didn't seem to take long at all. With being on BC for so long does anyone ever just concieve right away?
