Hi girls. I was diagnosed with pcos in 2006. In 2007 i naturally conceived Brooke. No metformin/clomid or anything just VERY VERY VERY lucky.
We've been trying for no. 2 since October last year and have not had one period since!! Now thats a long cycle!! I had an u/s a couple of months back and confirmed still had pcos. Ovaries are covered. Hormonal. Spotty. Hair everywhere. Cannot shift any weight. I'm not overweight. I am 5ft5 and 10st2lbs so pretty good but nothing! I really think it is down to luck of the draw and its awful.
Im going to the docs next Monday so try and get me on something to at least make me ovulate.
I really feel for you girls who are trying for your first. I've been there and never forgotten. Now i'm being haunted all over again.
Just make sure you push your docs. You know your body and know whats best for you. Good luck and thinking of you girls.
Ovulation at CD80? That would be very weird. I was sitting on the bed and when I got up I had a sharp pain in both ovaries or whatever organ or muscle that is nearby. I can't really rely on CM because in almost 3 months, I never saw or felt anything except once.
Dragon, I don't think so. For the past two months my cervix is low. Which means that I wasn't about to ovulate. It's still low, for the record. The only time it was high was a couple of weeks after I stopped BC.
after saying i had never experienced this, i did! it was during so not sure what it was. was around my right ovary and was like a stabbin pain and made it very uncomfortable
Drs called me today and said i need to book an appointment with them now the PCOS has been confirmed to them to discuss it further fingers crossed i can get a little further!! x
