PCOS + Saw Palmetto (less TTC, more PCOS-y.)

Ladies with PCOS, if you've taken saw palmetto to combat your hairy demons, how long did it take before you noticed results? Did any facial hair go away completely or just lessen? I want to give SP a go, but I want to know if it's going to take a full six weeks before I start noticing any positive change.

Feel free to let me know if you experienced any other changes as well.
