Pcos ttc question

Just wondering for those of you with pcos and ttc again are you on the same dose of drugs as the first time? I got pg on 5mg femara 500 mg metformin for my first pg, and was monitored. Then i used the same dose and got pg 3rd round with my second. Now we are ttc #3, same dose and i am questioing if the drugs are working. Just wondering what your experiece was? Wish i was being monitored. I have posted about my negative opk's already... That just makes me question it more. Any thoughts or experience? I have heard that our hormone levels and pcos symptoms can lessen in subsiquent pg's. Just wondering if there is truth to it? just will be glad when i am pg and can stop obsessing over this!
