PCOS: What kind of suppliments are you taking?

I just started soy palmetto as I read that it help bring down estrogen and androgens and mine are VERY high.

I also just started vitamin B6 as I read this really helps and D3 as I read that a Vitamin D deficiantcy can cause infertility

I am on 2000mg of extended release metformin and am getting ready to start 100mg of clomid.

Has your suppliments it helped at all?

Didn't want to read and run I am taking prenatals, and folic acid. I just have finish my 1st round of femara. My REi only told me to take prenatals.
