Hi guys... Just after abit of advice and have a bit of a vent really lol.
After 3 years of NTNP, nothing had happened. I've been having symptoms of pcos so I went to see my doctor and had a 21 day blood test.
I get my results on Monday.
My doctor seemed pretty sure it's pcos, even tho she said I don't fit the 'stereotype'.
My periods have always been completely regular and I'm a healthyish weight.
She said putting me on the pill may be the way forward but as I said we were ttc, that obviously wasn't an option.
Now my OH has said he isn't sure about having a baby. Brilliant, just as I was hoping to get on the right path. As we haven't been using contraception for a long time, I'm sure you can imagine how much this has confused me.
Now I have no idea what to discuss with my doctor. Do I just go on the pill and forget about ttc? Do I go on metaformin? ...I'm quite confused.
Does anyone have any experience they can share? Did going on the contraceptive pill actually help anyone with pcos?
Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place.
