Peanut butter...just how bad is it for you?

Little man is 19month...just wondering how bad is peanut butter for him in a sandwich? xx

Fine, but I would choose one with no added sugar and no hydrogenated fats, like the Whole Earth brand.

peanut butter is actually a great food-very nutritious. The only reason people are cautious with it is allergies. I'd put a thin layer in a sandwich cos when I was little I used to find is quite sticky and didn't like it because it would stick to the roof of my mouth
