Peeing on an electric fence?

I'm sorry this might sound like a stupid question but does anyone know if peeing on an electric fence will cause infertility in men?
I just found out that hubby peed on an electric fence when he was younger. I'm wondering could this be the reason we are not getting pregnant? He said that the fence was on and that it hurt. What do you think?

I know for a fact it doesnt. My younger brother did that more then once growing up, cause boys are ... well there just silly in the head like that.
My brother has 3 children.
