Does amyone else find them kinda awkward to do? Im 33 weeks and have hardly done any :( i keep forgetting are they important? X
 
They are really important after labour to make sure everything tones again in that area! You still have plenty of time to do some before labour too. Well toned pelvic floor muscles will also help your baby rotate into the right position during labour!
