period 6 weeks pp?

so lena us now 6 weeks old and around 3 days ago my what im guessing is AF arrived cramps and bleeding id stoped bleeding for around a week so git my first bath to try ease thecramps that had started up and then woosh af arrived at all my mudwife check ups she said my uterus was going down nicely etc and my check up post section isnt until the 20th with my actual gyney, is this normal or should i be worried? imam a natural worryer anyway

I think I got my AF last week at 6 weeks PP too, wasn't sure as I hadn't completely stopped bleeding properly although the bleeding suddenly became properly red and heavy along with cramps for around 4 days.
