Has anyone else experienced this? I'm usually very regular, 26 day cycle I can pin point it to the day. But this one caught me by surprise.
I was lifting heavy stock at work yesterday when I felt a warm wet flow.. I thought it was just mucus.. nothing too unusual. But then I felt it again. So I went to the bathroom and it was blood, enough to soak through my underwear. And then it stopped.
Went to bed very early because I was tired, woke up this morning to discover I'd bled through my underwear again! Looks like my af came very early but it's not as heavy as usual, and didn't start as normal. Has anyone else experienced this? Sorry if it's TMI
