period after lap and dye

i had my lap and dye on 19th february and i was wondering if is going to be earlier, later, lighter or heavier this month.

for those that have had the procedure was your af affected after?

yeh it was totally fine, i did have pain in my shoulder from the gas but having mints helped. i was really tired for a few days after but the hospital gave me cocodomol for the pain and they knocked me out. i was abit uncomfortable for a few days after and my stomach was rock hard but its going down now and its not as sore, it really was nothing to worry about.

hi i found that af arrived around 3 weeks late after my lap and dye however mine are all over the place anyway so it may have been late anyway i started clomid during this cycle which i think has effected my af making it much lighter so i cant really say if it would have been any different, sorry im not much use to you lol.

Hi, only had lap done back in Dec but can't really remember how it was. If I'm right thinking about it, it was spot on 28 days and normal flow. I will check in my diary and get back to you!

I had a lap and dye, last month (Jan 28th) and I just got my period yesterday. It was 1.5 weeks late. I cramped a little more then usual and my flow was a bit heavier. I had mild endo lasered as well as a few polyps removed.

I start injectables this weekend, with an iui soon to follow. I read of a lot of success stories after having a lap and I hope yours is one as well

I had a dye in September 08 and my AF was normal and I had a lap in November 08... it was still a little normal, but I was on the pill then. I had cysts, so my doctor put me on the pill for 4 months to help with my endometriosis.

Had mine early August 09 period came at normal time but was very heavy. Hoping it is just a good clear out and that it will give me a more safe environment for any potential pregnancy
