Period came on 10 dpo but lasted only 2 days

This is the second cycle after my IUD was removed. My first cycle was completely normal, with my standard ovulation day and 14 day LP.

I was feeling very optimistic this cycle but to my surprise, AF came 3-4 days early this saturday. I was only 10 dpo so I was really surprised to see spotting and hoped so much it was implantation bleeding. But no.. the day after, yesterday, I had a very good flow of red blood (sorry tmi). But to my surprise, again... that was it. It only lasted about 36 hours max. I have taken a HPT today and it was very negative.

I am now worried if there is something wrong with me.

Anyone had this happened and they still managed to conceive soon after?

How do you track your O? It's possible that it was the wrong day unless you chart...

If it was implantation you would not see a BFP for at least a few more days. so I would test again in 2-3 days .
