Period cramps and cm before BFP?

Hello

I'm ttc and am due on in a few days and i was just wondering if you suffered from your usual period cramps and what your cm was like just before your missed period and BFP?

I wasnt exactly sure when I was due on as I stopped tracking as we were ttc soo hard it wasnt happening, so I gave up!
BUT... i was getting normal period pains for about 2 weeks with no blood, usually I get heavier discharge before period, but didnt this time.

started feeling sick and did a test, think i was about 1 maybe 2weeks late, but i cant be sure

i still feel like af is coming, and that's at 5 wks, i saw my midwife today - i need extra antenatal care due to thyroid problems - and she said it's totally normal as long as no blood.

Louise, I had period like cramps on the day I did my test (1 dpo) and for the next few days. It was implantation cramps.

I also had really sore boobs the week before which I also used to have every period.

I'm guessing cm is mucus (I'm still learning!) if so, mine was white and 'normal' amount if you know what I mean.

All these added together actually made me think I wasn't +ve but I was!!

I didn't have any implantation cramps. However, did have some mild AF like cramps at 14dpo. My normal AF cramps are quite painful, until this time. Also, I normally get it on the 2nd day of my period, hence I knew something was going on.

I'm having the typical lead up to my period and i was just wondering if i still had a shot at a BFP or not.

I had very bad period pains for weeks lol i was so convinced i was coming on my period but obviously not

I've no idea about CM because I was on progesterone pessaries since ET but as for period cramps... I was convinced AF was on her way and that I wasn't going to make it to my test date. I'd been having them for a week before my test date. My nurse said she didn't want to say anything at the time, because she didn't want to get my hopes up but it was probably implantation!
