so I need so help. I just had my period at the end of july and then a few days later I started bleeding again and it wont stop. also I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend july,16 so I don't really know whats going on. ive heard of people being pregnant and still having what looks like their period for the first few months. so just some hints on what it could be would help. also I cant see my doctor until after the 22nd because anytime before that id need parentally consent. ps 17 almost 18. any help would be nice! thanks!

Any time you have unprotected sex, pregnancy is always possible. Have you tried taking a home pregnancy test? Any symptoms beside the bleeding? Do you take birth control?
There is quite a few reasons as to why this bleeding is occurring. It could be caused from birth control, stress, pregnancy, an off cycle etc. If you are feeling unsure i would take a hpt and see what it says and go from there.
