I'm now 12 weeks postpartum, had my first period two weeks ago, very heavy and last 4-5 days not unusual for me pre birth. Now today exactly two weeks later I've woken up to another v heavy period, any advice on if this is normal or if I should see my gp? We currently just use condoms as I'm reluctant to use the pill due to family health concerns, but I wonder if for a couple of months it may be worth trying to pill to regulate myself again?
