Period like pains but 4 days late

Anybody else had this? I felt sure today i had started, ran the toilet, nothing there. Done a test this morning, BFN. I only presume im 4 days late because my usual cycles were 28 days but i had a chemical last month.

The pains are like a dull period pain right at the bottom of my tummy and i felt wet (sorry for TMI) but nothing there xx

I have had pains like this as well..idk what they can be.. hope someone can be helpful

Its weird, i swear im about to start but nothing, not even a trace x
