period pain and backache 3 DPO

Im 3 DPO and since yesterday i have had slight period pains ans lower backache. Not much but it is there.

I know im only 3 DPO because i did ovulation tests this month.

Anyone else had this and been pregnant? I think it would be too early for a pregnancy symptom, but I don't usually have period pains until af arriaves.

I had a month where I had that period pain ache and back ache but without the period and my doctor thinks I concieved that month so it is a good sign. x
