Period starting?

I am 4.5 weeks post d&c and have been having some cramping and light stabbing type pains in pelvic area but no bleeding at all. I never used to get pains until I actually got my period. Anyone had anything similar? Is it just my body getting ready for a period?

I would say that AF is on the way. I have had 2 D and Cs and period has always come after 4-5 weeks. The first few cycles after can be very different. I found my bleeding was very light
