Periods after D&C - almost a year now

Anyone experienced spotting before AF? It starts 4-5 days before AF, I'm scared it might be something serious

Anyone went through something similar?

Do you think it might be hormonal? I never had that after my d&c in 2013 (not for mc) but ever since I miscarried earlier this year I spot several days before my period and occasionally in the middle of the month.

I had it (though for a shorter period of time, as I got pregnant again) - also started with a D&C. In my case - I attribute it to thyroid problems (ended up diagnosed with Hashimoto) and early perimenopause (may also be due to Hashimoto; I did get pregnant twice after, however, once successfully). Not sure which one it was - both hormones were off, and my periods were all over the place too...Might be worthwhile getting a thyroid check and an ultrasound, just in case!

I just came back from the dr and it seems hormonal, he gave me clomid to start on today for 5 days, I have another apt after 10 days to check ovulation.
