I'll do one for the dog and one for the cat... but I've got 9 rabbits (had 10 until last week when our poorly Rex doe, Poppy, lost her fight and passed away), so will summarise those!
Name: Bailey Dawg
Why did you give him/her that name: I always said I'd name a black Lab Bailey, and Jonah wanted to name him Dog... we compromised!
Nickname(s): Bootch, Bootchie, Myrtle (as in Moaning Myrtle... he isn't subtle about saying he's gotta go out!)
Breed and Species: Labrador Retriever, dog
Age: just turned 2
Give 5 words that best describe your pet: hyperactive, easily distracted, loyal, affectionate
History (Any significant illnesses or hardships, etc): allergic to flea saliva and beef flavorings, but not actual beef
Pics:
This is a slideshow vid thingie I made for Jonah and Bailey back in May.

Favorite toy: stuffed duck that quacks
Favorite treat: anything edible
How are they with kids?: brilliant
Training (Tricks, etc): sit, down, stand, paw, stay, out, back up, bow... still working on his recall, but it is getting there!
Favorite sleeping spot: our bed, even though he isn't allowed... behind my chair when I'm working on the computer.
Best quality of your pet: gentle and protective of Jonah; we're sure Bailey realises his boy is 'different' (Jonah is Autistic)
Likes: to eat and sleep, and take people for walks
Dislikes: being told it is bedtime, and must therefore leave the bedroom, and being left behind when we go grocery shopping
Describe their personality: gentle and kind natured, not a mean bone in his body, cheeky and very affectionate
Stories: Crossing the road just over a year ago, a man in a van watched us begin to cross, then started up his van and began to back up anyway, nearly hitting me. Jonah was already on the sidewalk, and Bailey got between me and the van, threw himself against my legs and pushed me up onto the side, very nearly getting hit in the process. The van missed him by less than half a foot.
Every time Jonah is sick, Bailey will lay on his feet so that he can't try to run around and make himself worse. He has been doing this since he was just a little pup.
Name: Harry Kitkins
Why did you give him/her that name: I didn't, my mother did
Nickname(s): Mister Kitkins, Key Key, Keys, Cranky
Breed and Species: Traditional (Applehead) Siamese, Cat
Age: 8
Give 5 words that best describe your pet: lazy, cranky, nervous, loyal, loving
History (Any significant illnesses or hardships, etc): Keys was born with one eye more narrow than normal, and he therefore can not open that eye all the way; it is debatable how good he sees on this side.

Favorite toy: plastic bag, my dressage whip
Favorite treat: ham
How are they with kids?: Keys is a one woman cat... fine with kids, tends to ignore them entirely, but will allow himself to be stroked for short times
Training (Tricks, etc):
Favorite sleeping spot: my duvet
Best quality of your pet: while he doesn't like strangers, and isn't keen on most people, Keys is very affectionate with me and Kevin, and tolerates Jonah very well... high praise from Keys, but then he is only a month older than Jonah, so they grew up together.
Likes: ham, chicken, having his chin scratched
Dislikes: baths!! Bailey, when the dog is hyper... he plays too rough with Keys when he is excited, but the cat is quick to put the dog back in his place.
Describe their personality: timid around strangers, he will hide if the doorbell rings, aloof, loving when he wants to be fussed, sometimes playful but would rather sleep!
Stories: Can't really think of any!
And the rabbits...
Buster - 5yr old black and white Dutch buck, sweet and likes short cuddles; first to try and escape during hutch cleaning; got him from my mother
Lucy - 5yr old blue and white Dutch doe, affectionate and LOVES cuddles; got her from my mother
Miracle - 3yr old blue and white Dutch doe, not very nice at all! Grunts and snorts at everybody, but tolerates you if you're feeding her. She is Buster's daughter, the result of Jonah setting Buster free when Rosie (now deceased) was loose. Rosie attacked her babies, killing two and mutilating another. Miri, the survivor, was pretty much hand reared while she recovered, which is why she tolerates Kevin and I, but she has her mother's nasty temperment, which has only gotten worse with age. Named her Miracle as it was one that she survived! The fur where she was attacked grew back in white rather than blue.
Jaffa - 1 1/2 yr old orange dalmatian Rex buck, thinks he is king of the castle! Buster thinks not. Not keen on being cuddled, but he follows you like a dog when he is out, he came from my mother as well
Mickey - unknown age, mismarked black and white Dutch neutered male, he is 'married' to Blossom, who he shares a hutch with, they haven't been separated since they entered rescue together, he is still quite shy but comes around a little more every day; rescue rabbit
Blossom - unknown age, mixed breed agouti female, she is huge and wears the trousers in her relationship with Mickey! Made tons of progress since she arrived, and will let you stroke her without fuss now; rescue rabbit
Annie - unknown age, mixed breed grey female, has a bad temper if you try to touch her, but enjoys watching people in the garden. Got her from neighbor when her daughters no longer wanted her, and I took her in. Hadn't been handled in the time they had her, and she has never gotten used to it.
The twins, Oscar and Otis - Lionhead crosses, Oscar is white with a bit of tan around his eyes, and Otis is harlequin. The 'twins' are litter brothers who live together very well, and are also rescue rabbits. Oscar is the adventurous one who will escape at the drop of a hat, but always comes back when it is time, and Otis is the cuddle bunny, who will sit on your lap for ages.
I'll have to go out and get some pictures of them later on... assuming they cooperate!
