My DS has just been referred to physical therapy. He had a stroke at 7 weeks and he's doing well, but one arm is slightly stiff and he doesn't use it as much as the other. I had him seen by a private physio and she doesn't know if it's stroke related or because he has dominant right head turn since birth. Anyway... Does anyone have experience with PT? How long did it take you to get your appointment? How often did you go? Have you found it beneficial?
