picking a cot

I need to get a cot picked and ordered fairly soon, can you help me pick?

I want a cot rather than a cot bed and want it to be white. I like the look of the mamas & papas "willow" and mothercare "jamestown" because I like the solid ends.

I've seen ones with drop down sides and it sounds really handy, especially seeing as Mark is a heavy enough baby already. What are your opinions on the drop down sides- necessary or not?

Also any opinions on Mothercare brand cots, sturdiness etc.

And any other makes to check out? Cossato don't have anything I'm interested in and Babylo just seem to have cot beds.

i got my cot from tesco direct, they do ome quite alright stuff there
