Pilates - who does it and do you like it

Hello all

I did my first pilates class this morning and im not sure to stick with it. The reason being as it seemed so slow and i was burning much off! I felt the burn dont get me wrong when i was doing all the hard positions but does it bring the results?!:shrug:
 
Yes! I did it for a while a couple of years back, and could see my stomach flattening out after just a couple of sessions. It'll be a slow-burner, depending on how much you have to lose, but it should give you a lovely sleek look over time.

Definitely pay attention to the tutor with regards to your positioning and so on as that's crucial.
